Please note that  the Cottage

(All Rooms, Courtyard and Balcony) is

NO SMOKING AREA.
 

Unfortunately smoking causes more complex problems when Non Smokers have booked and the Cottage stinks of previous guests that have smoked during their visit.

We understand that some people cannot live without smoking. Should this however be an inconvenience to you, kindly consider alternative accommodation.

In the event of any smoking detected 500U$ (as per most hotels in Europe) will be deducted from the holding deposit. 

Management will not enter into any arguments or discussions regarding this and the judgment by Management will be Final.
